Location: Bradenton, FL (Split between Manatee Ave W and 53rd Ave locations)

Your Role: As a Full-time Licensed Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their movement and manage pain from chronic conditions or injuries. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans and provide compassionate, one-on-one rehabilitative care to our patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver tailored treatment plans.
- Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and progress their rehabilitation journey.
- Provide hands-on manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education.
- Document daily progress notes in our EMR system and communicate updates to the PT.
- Ensure high-quality care while fostering a supportive and encouraging environment for patients.

Qualifications:
- Completed a professional degree in physical therapy as an assistant.
- Valid physical therapist assistant license.
- Proficient in modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills at all levels of interaction.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with EMR/EHR systems.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
