Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Out-Patient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our supportive and inclusive clinic in Riverside, IL. Our clinic emphasizes holistic, individualized care, allowing therapists to develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to enhance mobility, strength, and overall well-being
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Collaborate with a team of therapists to provide comprehensive, multi-perspective treatment strategies
- Foster a positive, community-oriented environment for patients
- Incorporate holistic approaches in patient care, with the option to utilize methods such as Pilates, dry needling, ASTYM, and McKenzie techniques
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy, supported by our annual continuing education allotment
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Illinois
- Experience in general orthopedics
- A commitment to providing holistic and individualized care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive patient and team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Pilates, dry needling, ASTYM, and McKenzie methods (not required)
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
