Description
Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is a therapist owned private practice providing outpatient physical therapy services to the children residing in our community.
As a Pediatric Physical Therapist with Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy, your primary responsibility is to provide specialized physical therapy services to infants, children, and adolescents with various developmental, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, and congenital conditions. Your role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve their physical function, mobility, strength, and overall quality of life while involving the family throughout the course of care.

Requirements
1. Education: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
2. Licensure: Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
3. Experience: New and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, children and their families.
5. Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of pediatric anatomy, physiology, growth and development, and common pediatric conditions.
6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt therapy approaches and techniques to meet the unique needs and developmental stages of pediatric patients. Willingness to work as part of a team, contributing to efficient and quality service delivery.
7. Compliance: Adherence to professional ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and HIPAA guidelines
