We are looking for someone with…

• Minimum 1 year experience in orthopedic physical therapy and manual therapy.
• Pelvic floor experience preferred. On the job training also offered.
• Physical Therapist license for the state of New York.
• Experience with and the ability to manage patients with a complex medical history.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with our 
  healthcare team.
• The desire to continue a high level of post-graduate education with a goal of working 
  towards certification in pelvic health.

Responsibilities:

•  Conduct thorough assessments of patients' pelvic floor conditions and develop 
  individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy techniques.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and discharge planning to ensure 
  continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with 
  healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Utilize effective communication skills to foster patient relationships and enhance 
  treatment outcomes.
