Role Description
Treat patients 1:1 for an hour. Looking for a dynamic individual passionate about pelvic health who wants to learn, solve problems and provide the best care for your patients. Great opportunity with someone with background in ortho or dry needling to integrate pelvic health. This is a full-time on-site role for a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist (PT) at Fettle & Fit in Richmond, VA. The therapist will be responsible for managing patients' overall plan of care according to the company's ethos and contributions to the team while ensuring good outcomes for patients, focusing on pelvic health and overall wellness.

Fettle & Fit is a small, boutique, Richmond-based holistic wellness company providing pelvic floor physical therapy, occupational therapy and yoga therapy. The company focuses on helping individuals achieve their goals through PT, OT, exercise, meditation, education, and community building. Fettle & Fit specializes in restoring inner trunk muscles for overall health, catering to various life stages such as pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, post-surgery, men's health and gender affirming procedures. As a cash-based clinic, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and help them solve complicated problems. We are looking for someone to join us who desires to be exceptional in their field and likes to be challenged.
Qualifications
- Physical therapy license and expertise with minimum level of pelvic floor 1 continuing education but preferably 2 years working in field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting following company processes and ethos
- Additional certifications in pelvic floor physical therapy, exercise, dry needling a plus
- Desire to learn and grow
Offering competitive pay, time off and structured mentoring! Pay is negotiable based on hours worked, experience and other factors. Benefits tailored to individual and may include health stipend and/or continuing education reimbursement. Options for 35 and 40-hour work weeks.
Richmond, VA is a dynamic, growing city with art, culture, history, brewery scene and a river running through it with Class V rapids but still relatively low cost of living. Relocation assistance provided, if needed.
