Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Description:

Evaluate and treat patients under physician direction to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using appropriate rehabilitation techniques.

Help patients restore range of motion, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.

Provide care in both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow professional and state practice standards.

Requirements:

Active California Physical Therapist Assistant License

Less than 1 year experience accepted (New graduates welcome)

Ability to work full time day shift

Strong clinical and communication skills
