What You’ll Do
Deliver 1:1, evidence-based physical therapy sessions focused on individualized outcomes.
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans using a performance-based approach.
Educate patients on injury prevention, movement, and long-term wellness.
Collaborate with a supportive, tight-knit team of PTs who value mentorship and growth.
Participate in community outreach, workshops, and sports-performance programs.

Competitive Salary: $80,000–$100,000+ (based on experience and productivity)

Who You Are
Licensed (or license-eligible) Doctor of Physical Therapy in Connecticut

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current CT PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
Ability to manage a full caseload while maintaining high standards of care and documentation.
Interest in orthopedics, sports rehab, and performance-based physical therapy.
New grads are welcome — mentorship and structured onboarding are provided.
Special interests or certifications (OCS, CSCS, SFMA, Dry Needling, etc.) are a plus.
