Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Integrated Physical Therapy. This role is ideal for a licensed physical therapist looking for flexible part-time work (15-30 hours per week) to provide expert rehabilitation services to our patients.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide hands-on therapy and guidance throughout treatment sessions.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, wellness, and recovery strategies.
Document patient progress and update medical records accurately and timely.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, as needed, to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations, clinic policies, and best practices.

Requirements
Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin.
Proven experience in physical therapy, preferably in outpatient or integrated care settings.
Additional certification or experience in manual therapy strongly desired.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule of 15-30 hours per week.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care with empathy and professionalism.
Ability to document and maintain patient records accurately.
