Schedule:

We are open on M-Th, 7:30-5:30 and Friday 8-12

This allows you to work a full 40 hour work week  with some flexibility

Requirements

Qualifications:

Master’s/Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Valid PT state licensure, Louisiana

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs and partnering the with patients on

setting their personal goals.

-Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.

-Providing therapeutic interventions to improve the functional abilities of each patient

-Collaborating with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

-Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records.
