What You’ll Offer
As a Physical Therapist in our practice, you’ll deliver personalized, high-quality care to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to daily activities with confidence. You’ll address conditions like muscle strains, joint sprains, lower back/lower extremity pain, arthritis, tendinitis, post-surgery rehab, neurological issues, and sports injuries, among others.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ conditions, medical history, and abilities.
Develop customized treatment plans that may include corrective exercises, soft tissue techniques, joint mobilization, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and more.
Educate patients on home exercise routines and strategies for long-term well-being.
Work closely with chiropractors and other team members to ensure integrated, holistic care.

Ideal Candidate
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and licensed (or license-eligible) in Iowa.
Experience in private practice strongly preferred.
Post surgical rehab experience strongly preferred. (Total hip, knee, shoulder, etc.)
Established relationship with local referral sources.
Skilled in Functional Movement Screens and assessments.
Passionate about hands-on care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
Interest in using advanced therapeutic tools and staying current with evolving techniques.
Compensation & Benefits
