Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Virginia PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in outpatient orthopedics preferred.
• Comfort treating a mixed patient population with a majority of orthopedic cases and some advanced specialty cases, such as pelvic health and neurological patients, preferred.
• Experience in a large, open clinic environment preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including multi-lingual patients, is preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Patient mix: Primarily orthopedic with some pelvic health, neuro, and other advanced specialties.
• Clinic environment: Large, open clinic with mentorship opportunities.
• Volume expectation: 12–14 visits per day expectation.
