Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Kentucky physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
- Prior outpatient experience as a licensed clinician required.
- Ability to provide documentation of professional licensure and certifications prior to start.
- Preferred: Experience with outpatient modalities, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education.
