PT - Home Health needed asap3 years of experience required.BLS required.MT PT License required.Mileage radius is about 30 miles.Sometimes we have a couple outliers.200 mile radius rule.However average daily mileage is about 40. Bill rate is all inclusive.HWL prescreen with manager direct interview and offer.ALL RTO or schedule request must be on submission-HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule request after submission.Please load ALL demographic information at time of submittal: Address, email, Full DOB, SSN, and full name.We will NOT be able to confirm anyone without this demographic information loaded in the profile.
