Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Maryland PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL training, and mobility aids preferred.

- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Shift pattern: 5x8.
- Floating requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
