Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active NC Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Familiarity with restorative nursing programs, transfers, and mobility training preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow PT-directed plans of care.
