Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Alabama PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience with restorative therapy programs required per client.
- Ability to float to other nearby facilities as needed per client requirements.
- Prior experience with 4x8 shift models preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Days: Monday through Friday, with one weekend rotation per month.
- Shift Name: Other.
- Float Requirement: Candidate must be able to float to other facilities as needed.
- Assignment Length: 13 week assignment in Northport, AL.
