Role Description

This is a part to full-time on-site role for based in Berkeley Heights, NJ at an integrative facility. The PT will provide patient-centered care by evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The patient demographic ranges form  youth athletes to Medicare patients. Working closely with the Chiropractic Doctors on Staff and use of the emerging modalities of laser, ESWT and TECAR is expected. An interest in manual therapy and corrective exercise is preferred.

Requirements

Expertise in PT evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation techniques - including corrective exercise prescriptions
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and team members
Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to healthcare compliance standards
Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey                                                                                                    Interest in learning new techniques and new technology                                                                                                              Knowledge of DME prescriptions
Experience in a multidisciplinary or sports rehabilitation setting is advantageous
