Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing customized treatment plans under the guidance of licensed Physical Therapists, focusing on enhancing patient mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities designed to promote physical well-being, recovery, and pain relief.
- Educate patients and their families on body mechanics, effective exercise techniques, and home exercise programs, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
- Administer therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy following protocols established by supervising Physical Therapists.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, including monitoring metrics such as range of motion, strength improvements, and functional achievements.
- Prepare treatment areas, ensuring that all equipment and therapeutic supplies are well-organized and readily available for each patient's session.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team that may include Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
- Provide emotional support and motivation to patients, fostering a positive and encouraging rehabilitation environment.
- Uphold ethical practices by respecting patient confidentiality and adhering to professional standards throughout the rehabilitation process.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant studies from an accredited program.

- Proficiency in executing therapeutic exercises and modalities under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
We are pleased to offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 65,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
