As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients regain mobility and improve their functionality through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Work Environment

This role is performed onsite in our welcoming Sierra Vista facility, where we emphasize a teamwork-oriented culture. You will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule while engaging with colleagues who share a passion for patient care. Our rehabilitation facility is designed to foster healing and recovery, equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technologies to support your practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, which may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Maintain an efficient patient load of approximately two individuals per hour while delivering personalized assessment and treatment.
• Administer cost-effective therapy interventions aimed at enhancing patient range of motion and mobility while minimizing the reliance on medication.
• Engage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing guidance and education on lifestyle changes to promote long-term wellness.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient.
• Monitor patient progress through ongoing evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately and in a timely manner using EMR software like WebPT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility primarily serves individuals with private medical insurance who require orthopedic rehabilitation services. We focus on restoring functional movement for a diverse demographic, including athletes, post-surgical patients, and individuals with chronic pain. Your expertise in treatment planning and execution will be essential in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Current licensing as a Physical Therapist in Sierra Vista, Arizona with no record of board or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and developing effective exercise programs.
• Experience with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to facilitate efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist, specifically within orthopedic outpatient settings. Proven track record in enhancing patient mobility and independence through innovative treatment strategies is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
