Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to improve patients' mobility, strength, balance, and pain management.
- Regularly monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal rehabilitation results.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and other disciplines, participating in case discussions to provide holistic care.
- Educate residents and their families about body mechanics, fall prevention strategies, and effective mobility techniques to enhance their daily lives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with company protocols and regulatory requirements to support continuity of care and compliance.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The primary patient population at Clinica Recovery LLC consists mainly of seniors aged 40 to 65 years who require rehabilitation due to various medical conditions, including post-surgical recovery, chronic pain syndromes, and mobility deficits. Our approach is centered on the unique needs of each resident, ensuring a custom-tailored therapy plan that respects their individual health goals and preferences.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) License is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent from an accredited program) is mandatory.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to build rapport with patients and team members alike.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective contributor to an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range between $90,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience.
