Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, identifying their unique challenges and setting achievable goals.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and various modalities to enhance recovery and well-being.
- Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide integrative care that addresses the complex needs of each patient.
- Educate patients and caregivers on effective therapeutic techniques, home exercise regimes, and strategies to prevent injuries.
- Implement safety initiatives, such as fall prevention programs, aimed at reducing accident risks in the community.
- Stay updated on the latest physical therapy trends and participate in continuous professional development opportunities.

Qualifications
