Key Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist at CircuCare Specialists, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Documenting all patient interactions meticulously, including evaluations, treatment protocols, discharge summaries, and ongoing progress notes, utilizing both electronic health records systems and professional terminology to underscore the necessity of care.
- Supervising and mentoring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel to ensure effective delivery of patient care.
- Regularly assessing the outcomes of treatment interventions and adjusting the plan of care based on the patient's progress and feedback.
- Collaborating with a variety of healthcare professionals to create a seamless care experience for patients, sharing insights and recommendations to enrich their treatment plans.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- A valid state license as a Physical Therapist in Vermont.
