Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at CircuCare Specialists, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations, using methods aligned with best practices in physical therapy.
• Developing personalized treatment plans in coordination with physicians' orders, setting specific, measurable goals for each patient's treatment journey.
• Administering therapeutic interventions, which could include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and functional movement.
• Documenting all patient interactions meticulously, including evaluations, treatment protocols, discharge summaries, and ongoing progress notes, utilizing both electronic health records systems and professional terminology to underscore the necessity of care.
• Supervising and mentoring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel to ensure effective delivery of patient care.
• Regularly assessing the outcomes of treatment interventions and adjusting the plan of care based on the patient's progress and feedback.
• Collaborating with a variety of healthcare professionals to create a seamless care experience for patients, sharing insights and recommendations to enrich their treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions affecting their physical mobility and functionality. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist in Vermont.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for documenting care and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in computer systems and electronic documentation practices relevant to patient care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
