Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for a dedicated, full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to become an integral part of our rehabilitation team located in Casa Grande, Arizona. This role will focus on the assessment and treatment of patients to restore mobility and improve overall physical function. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries, which includes formulating personalized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and closely monitoring patient progress.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is a leading provider of orthopedic rehabilitation services, specializing in outpatient care. Located in Casa Grande, our state-of-the-art facility spans an impressive 5,000 square feet, equipped with the latest technology and tools to aid in recovery. Our experienced team of professionals includes two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA) who collaborate diligently to provide top-notch rehabilitation services.
Work Environment
Our rehabilitation facility offers an onsite work environment designed for enhancing patient outcomes. Our clinic focuses on orthopedic conditions, allowing our staff to work closely with patients who have private medical insurance coverage. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to recognize their needs and set clear objectives for rehabilitation.
- Manage and maintain a patient load of up to two individuals per hour, ensuring personalized attention and care.
- Utilize prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings to inform treatment strategies and interventions.
- Administer cost-effective therapeutic treatments aimed at improving range of motion and enhancing overall mobility.
- Advocate for non-surgical treatment options to minimize reliance on medication wherever feasible.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques based on the latest clinical evidence.
- Design customized fitness and wellness programs that align with each patient's unique recovery goals.
- Provide motivation and encouragement to patients throughout their treatment journey to optimize their functional capabilities.
- Foster lifestyle changes in clients by focusing on key areas such as strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
- Continuously evaluate treatment outcomes and maintain effective communication with patients and team members.
- Accurately document patient progress and services provided in compliance with legal and professional standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal dysfunction. These patients typically seek restoration of their functional abilities and return to daily activities. Your efforts will significantly enhance their quality of life by facilitating quicker and more effective recoveries.
Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
- No history of board or disciplinary actions on licensure.
- Proficient in manual therapy techniques, essential for effective patient interventions.
- Ability to design and implement targeted exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with a minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings will be prioritized. Experience working with EMR systems and a strong foundation in evidence-based practice methodologies will enhance your application. Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
