Gotham Enterprises Ltd operates a premier rehabilitation center located in Buckeye, Arizona. Our facility is a state-of-the-art sports medicine center, boasting 5000 square feet of cutting-edge technology and resources that empower our team to deliver exceptional care. We focus on individualized treatment plans, encompassing promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation. We primarily serve patients with private medical insurance, fostering an environment where the focus remains on achieving optimal rehabilitation results.
Work Environment
You will work onsite at our rehabilitation center, collaborating with a dedicated team consisting of two other physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a balanced work-life experience while ensuring you have sufficient time to dedicate to patient care. Our facility is designed with patient comfort and recovery in mind, creating a welcoming atmosphere conducive to healing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and define the objectives and requirements of each patient, utilizing comprehensive evaluations to establish effective treatment plans.
- Manage a patient load of two individuals per hour, ensuring personalized attention and high-quality care.
- Leverage your expertise in orthopedic outpatient scenarios to implement cost-effective therapies that enhance mobility and stave off medication reliance.
- Formulate and deliver innovative treatment programs using a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's specific needs and capabilities.
- Encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation to optimize functionality and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, providing insights and recommendations to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress using electronic medical records (EMR), such as WebPT.
- Continuously evaluate outcomes and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress to ensure optimal recovery and satisfaction.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our rehabilitation center primarily focuses on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse group of patients, each facing unique challenges in their recovery journey. By fostering strong patient relationships and employing evidence-based interventions, you will contribute to enhancing their mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Buckeye, Arizona, with no records of board or disciplinary actions.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the development of exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic outpatient settings, demonstrating a solid understanding of patient management and therapeutic approaches.
- Prior experience in designing personalized rehabilitation programs that effectively address specific patient goals and needs.
Compensation and Benefits
