Marshall Movement Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our outpatient clinic located in the heart of Gwinn, Michigan. This full-time position emphasizes individualized patient care, allowing for one-on-one interaction with clients in a supportive and collaborative environment. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work schedule that fosters both professional growth and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist at Marshall Movement, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough evaluations of each patient's condition to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their specific recovery needs.
- Implementing effective therapy sessions that focus on long-term recovery and provide patients with techniques to manage their pain and improve mobility.
- Providing guidance on home-based care and exercise regimens to facilitate continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records utilizing our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring that all care plans and patient interactions are documented clearly.
- Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals within the clinic to guarantee a cohesive approach to patient care.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan.

- Strong documentation skills and proficiency in using EMR systems.
- Excellent time management skills to balance the demands of patient care and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
While we welcome applications from new graduates, candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in outpatient physical therapy will find the role particularly rewarding. Exposure to manual therapy techniques is an advantage, as is familiarity with a variety of rehabilitation methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits
Marshall Movement Physical Therapy offers a competitive compensation package that includes a salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide:
