Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in executing individualized treatment plans tailored to specific patient needs.
• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility education.
• Instruct patients in proper exercise techniques and safe equipment utilization to enhance recovery.
• Actively monitor patient progress, documenting changes and reporting them to supervising physical therapists for review.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) to facilitate patient care and follow-up.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout therapy sessions, adapting techniques as needed.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement best practices and enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise protocols and recovery strategies, empowering them in their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
