Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, identifying their unique needs and setting personalized treatment goals.
- Deliver skilled and compassionate therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities.
- Regularly monitor and document patient progress and make timely adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and specialists, to provide holistic care that meets the diverse needs of our patients.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, home exercise regimens, and strategies to prevent injuries and enhance mobility.
- Implement and monitor fall prevention programs and safety measures to minimize risks within the patient community.
- Stay informed about the latest physical therapy updates through continuing education and training programs.
- Uphold ethical standards, maintain patient confidentiality, and ensure high-quality care at all times.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current, active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing patient-centered care, focusing on the independence and well-being of our clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and the ability to document and maintain accurate records efficiently.

Preferred Experience
- A minimum of one year of experience in geriatric therapy is preferred; however, new graduates eager to learn and grow will also be considered.
- Experience in using various therapeutic modalities and implementing evidence-based interventions tailored for older adults.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, reflecting the skills and experience of successful candidates.
