Work Environment
This position is fully onsite, providing you with a direct and hands-on approach to therapy in the comfort of our patients' homes. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, carefully analyzing their current health status to create individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
- Deliver expert therapy services that may include therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and various modalities aimed at improving mobility and alleviating discomfort.
- Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as required to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring no aspect of patient health is overlooked.
- Educate patients and their families comprehensively about therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies to empower them for successful recovery.
- Design and implement effective fall prevention programs and safety measures specifically tailored for the assisted living community.
- Commit to ongoing professional development by staying updated on the latest physical therapy advancements and engaging in continuing education opportunities.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality while providing outstanding care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your primary focus will be the geriatric population, many of whom may experience complex health challenges and require a specialized, compassionate approach to therapy. You will work not only with patients recovering from surgery or injury but also those managing chronic conditions and age-related health issues, necessitating a broad range of therapeutic interventions and emotional support.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university is required.
- An active state licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory to practice in Nevada.
- Prior experience in geriatric therapy is preferred; however, we welcome new graduates who exhibit the right passion and commitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and professionals within the healthcare system.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and the ability to navigate relevant documentation systems efficiently.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and a commitment to applying innovative therapeutic techniques.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
Kinetic Ease Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
