Position Overview
Agile Life Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is integral to our mission of providing superior therapy services tailored to our geriatric patients in a home care setting. With a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, successful candidates will be recognized for their expertise and commitment to enhancing the quality of life for aging individuals.

Work Environment
This position is onsite as part of our home care services, where Physical Therapists deliver therapy directly in patients' residences, allowing us to create personalized therapeutic experiences in a comfortable and familiar environment. You will work independently while being supported by a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will enhance the effectiveness of therapy and ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of each patient's physical capabilities to formulate individualized therapy plans that cater to their specific goals and requirements.
- Deliver an array of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and various physical modalities, ensuring effective treatment protocols are followed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed progress notes, regularly evaluating patient improvements and modifying therapy plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and function.
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.
- Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home management strategies, and safety protocols to promote self-management and recovery.
- Implement comprehensive fall prevention strategies and safety measures tailored for each patient's living environment to reduce risks and enhance quality of life.
- Commit to ongoing professional development through continuous education, remaining up-to-date with the latest in physical therapy practices and research.
- Uphold the high ethical and professional standards synonymous with Agile Life Physical Therapy, maintaining patient confidentiality, and delivering the utmost respect and compassion.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

- Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records (EMRs) for reporting and documentation.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines, with the ability to apply the latest therapeutic techniques relevant to geriatric care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package within the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflective of your experience and contributions.
