Work Environment
This role is primarily an onsite position, offering flexibility to see patients in the comfort of their homes. You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a consistent schedule while maintaining a vital work-life balance. Our practice thrives on collaboration; you will have the opportunity to consult with peers, engage in team meetings, and participate in case discussions to enhance treatment approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments for each patient, utilizing various evaluation tools to tailor individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific recovery goals.
- Administer hands-on therapy techniques focusing on mobility improvement, pain mitigation, and enhancing independence in daily activities.
- Educate patients and caregivers on effective home exercise regimens to promote ongoing progress and prevent future complications.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as WebPT.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and nursing staff, to align care strategies that enhance patient outcomes.
- Actively participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights that contribute to collective learning and care enhancement.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your primary focus will be the geriatric community, where you'll have the opportunity to significantly enhance the quality of life for older adults. Many of your clients may face challenges related to mobility, chronic pain, or recovery from surgery. By developing personalized treatment plans, you will play a key role in helping them regain independence and improve their overall well-being.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
- An active Physical Therapy license for the state of Oregon.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting is essential; new graduates with a strong commitment to patient care are also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques that will directly benefit patient rehabilitation.
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically WebPT, is strongly preferred.
- A clean professional license, showcasing adherence to best practices and ethics in physical therapy.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with geriatric patients in home care environments, which will facilitate a smoother integration into our patient care model.
- A background in multidisciplinary team collaborations and integrative therapy approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
