Key Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed physical therapy interventions under the direct supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
- Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and their families about treatments and recovery processes, fostering a supportive environment.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient care activities, progress notes, and any modifications to treatment plans to uphold compliance and enhance care continuity.
- Implement infection control protocols and standard precautions to safeguard the health and well-being of patients during all therapy activities.
- Accept clinical assignments congruent with your training and competence, ensuring the provision of safe and effective patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work with patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, chronic conditions, or disabilities, ensuring that each receives personalized therapy tailored to their specific challenges and recovery trajectories. Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with an Associate Degree.

- Experience: Previous manual therapy experience along with a minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant is mandatory.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 60,000, commensurate with experience.
