Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for each patient to identify their physical therapy needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans that address the specific challenges faced by the patient.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, to facilitate healing and improve physical function.
• Teach patients and their families effective strategies for managing their rehabilitation at home, promoting independence and long-term success.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all patient interactions within our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and assistants, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach tailored to Achieve optimal patient outcomes.

In this role, you will serve a wide range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A valid and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Michigan.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Experience with manual therapy techniques is highly desirable, though new graduates are encouraged to apply and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

At Marshall Movement Physical Therapy, we believe in rewarding our dedicated staff. Our compensation package includes an attractive annual salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer:
