Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for each patient to identify their physical therapy needs and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans that address the specific challenges faced by the patient.
- Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, to facilitate healing and improve physical function.
- Teach patients and their families effective strategies for managing their rehabilitation at home, promoting independence and long-term success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all patient interactions within our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and assistants, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach tailored to Achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- A valid and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Michigan.

Compensation and Benefits
