Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess functional mobility and define the scope of rehabilitation needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Perform a range of manual therapy techniques and guided therapeutic exercises to address specific patient limitations.
• Educate patients on their conditions and the importance of adherence to treatment protocols to promote long-term health.
• Document patient progress meticulously within our EMR system, ensuring precise records for tracking treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care strategies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with further educational background being a substantial advantage.
• An active Physical Therapy license in Michigan is mandatory.
• Strong background in manual therapy techniques, although new graduates with outstanding clinical training will be considered.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, with familiarity in WebPT considered a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy practice, with a demonstrated record of improving patient outcomes.
• Experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting or similar environments is highly desirable.
• Previous training in a range of modalities, including therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy, and manual therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The selected Physical Therapist will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
