Work Environment
This position is based onsite at our dedicated outpatient therapy facility, designed to create a comfortable and therapeutic environment for our patients. With a focus on one-on-one therapy sessions, our clinic provides an ideal setting for attentive, personalized care. The weekly schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that many professionals seek. Our facility is equipped with modern therapy tools and technology, ensuring that therapists can provide the highest quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate individual needs and physical conditions.
- Develop customized treatment plans with measurable goals that align with the patient's unique recovery journey.
- Administer hands-on therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote healing and mobility.
- Educate patients on effective home-based care plans and exercises to enhance their recovery process.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Michigan Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Actual education must include a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a Master's of Science (MSPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
- Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage patient appointments.
- Ability to document and maintain precise clinical records and treatment plans.
Preferred Experience
- At least two years of experience in physical therapy, particularly in an outpatient setting.
- Experience using EMR systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms is beneficial.
- Aptitude for continuous learning and adapting to emerging practices in physical therapy.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
