Revivo Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team in Jefferson City, Missouri. Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite in a hospital environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a fulfilling work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in developing and executing individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' mobility and quality of life.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities to enhance patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Regularly monitor and document patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans under the guidance of licensed Physical Therapists as needed.
• Provide motivational support to patients, encouraging them throughout their rehabilitation process while fostering a nurturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area and help manage patient flow to ensure an efficient clinic operation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will engage with a diverse range of patients, including athletes, senior citizens, and post-operative individuals, each requiring personalized care and rehabilitation strategies. Developing strong therapeutic relationships and communication skills will be critical to your success in this role.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• A current Missouri PTA license or eligibility to acquire one.
• Demonstrated passion for patient care along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow specific treatment protocols and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to new graduates; comprehensive mentorship and training will be provided to enhance skills and confidence.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an outpatient or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for efficient patient documentation and workflow management.

Compensation and Benefits
