Your day-to-day work will be set in a busy orthopedic outpatient clinic located within a hospital in Wentzville, Missouri. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize therapeutic exercises, offer manual therapy techniques, and apply various modalities to aid patient recovery.
- Closely monitor and document patient progress; maintain accurate records that are essential for therapy adjustments.
- Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process, providing emotional and psychological support.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring a safe and effective environment for treatment.
- Assist with managing patient flow and logistics within the clinic, enhancing the overall patient experience.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will be primarily working with patients who are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries incurred from sports or accidents, and those managing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Missouri, or eligibility to obtain such licensure.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on prior experience and qualifications.
