Your day-to-day work will be set in a busy orthopedic outpatient clinic located within a hospital in Wentzville, Missouri. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, offer manual therapy techniques, and apply various modalities to aid patient recovery.
• Closely monitor and document patient progress; maintain accurate records that are essential for therapy adjustments.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process, providing emotional and psychological support.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring a safe and effective environment for treatment.
• Assist with managing patient flow and logistics within the clinic, enhancing the overall patient experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be primarily working with patients who are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries incurred from sports or accidents, and those managing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Missouri, or eligibility to obtain such licensure.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for patient care and rehabilitation.
• Ability to follow established protocols, remain organized, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on prior experience and qualifications.
