Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' unique needs.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and patient education strategies to promote healing and recovery.
- Monitor patients' progress diligently, documenting changes and reporting findings back to the supervising PT to adjust treatment as necessary.
- Provide motivational support and encouragement to patients, fostering a positive environment throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Ensure the treatment area remains clean, organized, and equipped, facilitating a smooth patient flow and enhancing overall safety.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, preferably from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a PTA in the state of Missouri.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent patient care.
- Proven ability to follow established protocols, stay organized, and work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- New graduates are welcome; mentorship and guidance will be provided to ensure successful integration into our practice.
Preferred Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a PTA, preferably in an orthopedic or rehabilitation setting.
- Proficient in using a variety of therapeutic equipment and modalities relevant to physical therapy practice.
- Experience working in a hospital or similar healthcare environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Revivo offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
