Work Environment

As a PTA at Revivo, you will work onsite in our well-equipped hospital facility, where a collaborative team of licensed Physical Therapists and healthcare professionals assist you in delivering exceptional care. The work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. The facility is designed to encourage open communication, teamwork, and continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in evaluating patients and developing customized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities such as manual therapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation to promote healing and recovery.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, ensuring clear communication with Physical Therapists regarding any changes in patient condition.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, prepare equipment, and assist with the overall patient flow to ensure a smooth clinic operation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is primarily on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will engage with a diverse patient base and play a crucial role in their recovery by tailoring interventions to meet their specific rehabilitation goals. Whether you are helping a post-operative patient regain strength or assisting someone overcome a chronic pain condition, your impact on their recovery is vital.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• A current Missouri PTA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong interpersonal skills paired with a genuine passion for patient care and rehabilitation.
• Organizational skills and the ability to follow treatment plans closely.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality care and working collaboratively with a team of professionals.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation processes to enhance patient tracking.
• New graduates are welcome; mentorship and training opportunities are provided to foster professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 – $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefit package includes:
