Work Environment
The work is carried out onsite in our modern outpatient office located in Astoria, Oregon. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of therapeutic treatment plans that utilize evidence-based orthopedic protocols.
- Support physical therapists in evaluating patients' biomechanics and functional movement patterns, ensuring individualized care processes.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities—such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and manual therapy techniques—tailored to the specific diagnoses and conditions of patients.
- Educate patients on rehabilitation exercises, long-term health strategies, and injury prevention techniques to empower them in their recovery journeys.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely in our electronic health records system to maintain clear communication across the care team.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings to discuss patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly in a team-oriented environment.
- Engage in professional development activities, including mentorship initiatives and collaborative learning sessions with peers.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our clinic serves a diverse population, treating patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, chronic joint pain, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

Preferred Experience

- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices in a therapy setting.

Compensation and Benefits
