The work is carried out onsite in our modern outpatient office located in Astoria, Oregon. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of therapeutic treatment plans that utilize evidence-based orthopedic protocols.
• Support physical therapists in evaluating patients' biomechanics and functional movement patterns, ensuring individualized care processes.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities—such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and manual therapy techniques—tailored to the specific diagnoses and conditions of patients.
• Educate patients on rehabilitation exercises, long-term health strategies, and injury prevention techniques to empower them in their recovery journeys.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in our electronic health records system to maintain clear communication across the care team.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings to discuss patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly in a team-oriented environment.
• Engage in professional development activities, including mentorship initiatives and collaborative learning sessions with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
