Key Responsibilities
- Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in the execution of individualized treatment plans designed for pediatric patients.
- Provide hands-on care, including assistance in exercises, mobility training, and strength-building activities aimed at enhancing children's physical capabilities.
- Monitor and document patient progress diligently while reporting observations and changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Educate and actively engage families in the therapeutic process, providing them with home exercise programs and effective strategies to support their child's physical development.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team, engaging with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Support and motivate patients, promoting a positive atmosphere throughout their therapy journey.
Patient Population / Client Focus
In this role, you will primarily work with children facing a variety of physical challenges, including developmental delays, orthopedic issues, and neurological disorders. Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Nevada.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with children and families effectively.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly within a team-oriented environment.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
