**Join Our Team as a Dynamic Physical Therapist Assistant!****Job Description:**- Work as an integral part of a collaborative team providing exceptional physical therapy services.- Implement and execute patient/client interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist.- Engage with patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, who have medical conditions affecting their mobility and daily functions.- Provide care across a diverse range of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and home health environments.- Collect and analyze data related to interventions, making modifications as necessary to enhance patient progress and safety.**Key Responsibilities:**- Assist the physical therapist in delivering tailored treatment plans to enhance patient outcomes.- Communicate effectively with team members, physicians, visitors, and patients to ensure a seamless care experience.- Operate therapy equipment with proficiency and perform technical procedures with confidence.- Demonstrate outstanding judgment and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.**Qualifications:**- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with a valid PTA certificate.- Current credentialing by Colorado's Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Professions and Occupations, State Physical Therapy Board.- Verification of current Basic Life Support (BLS) training.- Minimum of four (4) years of experience, with a preference for outpatient settings.- Bilingual capabilities are a plus!**Working Environment:**- Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.- Work in a state-of-the-art, newly built Rehabilitation Gymnasium that is clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled.- Be prepared for occasional exposure to challenging sights, smells, and infectious diseases.**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):**At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
